Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR181A1HG profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR181A1HG expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in MESO. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR181A1HG is differentially expressed in 11, with the highest sampling consensus in BLCA. Additionally, MIR181A1HG RNA expression shows 14,969 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in LSCC. Together, these results highlight MESO, BLCA, and LSCC as cancer lineages where MIR181A1HG shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
