NDUFS8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFS8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,563 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK2AP2, NDUFB10, and YIF1A. Each is linked with NDUFS8 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS8-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFS8 versus CDK2AP2 in SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
