NDUFS8

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFS8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,302 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFS8-associated genes across cancer lineages are IKBIP, AQP9, and CXCL8. Each is linked with NDUFS8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS8-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFS8 versus IKBIP in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.28.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFS8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFS8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
