NDUFS6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFS6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,636 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFS6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ZNF622, TARS1, and TRIP13. Each is linked with NDUFS6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS6-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFS6 versus ZNF622 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFS6→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFS6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
