Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFS6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,090 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are CBX7, VIPR2, and P2RX1. Each is linked with NDUFS6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS6-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS6 results are reported.
