Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFS6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,769 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFS6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPL36, CLPTM1L, and CCT5. Each is linked with NDUFS6 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS6-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS6 results are reported.
