Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFS6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,207 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFS6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Meiotic recombination checkpoint signaling, Protein localization to nuclear inner membrane, and Proton motive force-driven ATP synthesis. Each is linked with NDUFS6 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS6-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS6 results are reported.
