Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFS5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,691 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFS5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are mRNA splicing, via endonucleolytic cleavage and ligation, Negative regulation of protein export from nucleus, and Positive regulation of protein localization to plasma membrane. Each is linked with NDUFS5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS5-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mRNA splicing, via endonucleolytic cleavage and ligation grouped by NDUFS5-low versus NDUFS5-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.
