NDUFS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,508 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AK3P3, CMTM3, and SEMA3C. Each is linked with NDUFS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFS2 versus AK3P3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
