NDUFS1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFS1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,576 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP9, CEBPB, and FAM126A. Each is linked with NDUFS1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFS1 versus AQP9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
