Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFC1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,879 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFC1-associated genes across cancer lineages are P3H1, ZCCHC18, and KIRREL1. Each is linked with NDUFC1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFC1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFC1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFC1 versus P3H1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
