Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFB6 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NDUFB6 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher NDUFB6 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFB6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM, BLCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where NDUFB6 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
