Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFB4P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,925 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFB4P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA processing, Obsolete DNA methylation, and Vacuolar acidification. Each is linked with NDUFB4P9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB4P9-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB4P9 results are reported.
