Q-omics provides the consensus-scored NDUFB4P8 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. NDUFB4P8 expression is associated with patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, NDUFB4P8 is differentially expressed in 3, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, NDUFB4P8 RNA expression shows 8,978 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Together, these results highlight KICH, THCA, and UVM as cancer lineages where NDUFB4P8 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
