NDUFB4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFB4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,926 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFB4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NRAP, MIR1289-2, and ARPP21. Each is linked with NDUFB4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB4-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFB4 versus NRAP in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFB4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFB4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
