Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFB4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,134 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFB4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Calcium-independent cell-matrix adhesion, Negative regulation of translational initiation, and Regulation of intracellular protein transport. Each is linked with NDUFB4 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB4-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB4 results are reported.
