Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFB10 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,507 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are FYN, ECI1, and CD209. Each is linked with NDUFB10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB10-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFB10 versus FYN in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
