Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFB10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 61 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFB10-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL18P1, MIR8082, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with NDUFB10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB10-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPL18P1 grouped by NDUFB10-low versus NDUFB10-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
