NDUFB10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFB10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,523 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFB10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pyrimidine deoxyribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, Protein import into mitochondrial intermembrane space, and Mitochondrial disulfide relay system. Each is linked with NDUFB10 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB10-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Pyrimidine deoxyribonucleoside triphosphate metabolic process grouped by NDUFB10-low versus NDUFB10-high in BREAST.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFB10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFB10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
