Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,463 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTATP6P20, MED10, and SNAPC1. Each is linked with NDUFB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
