Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,159 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFB1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are tRNA threonylcarbamoyladenosine modification, Proton-transporting two-sector ATPase complex assembly, and Iron-sulfur cluster assembly. Each is linked with NDUFB1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB1 results are reported.
