Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFAF4P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 12 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NDUFAF4P4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher NDUFAF4P4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFAF4P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BRCA and LAML show a favorable association.
LIHC, READ, and SKCM are the cancer types where NDUFAF4P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
