Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFAF4P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,020 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFAF4P1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of telomere maintenance, Positive regulation of telomere maintenance, and Positive regulation of DNA metabolic process. Each is linked with NDUFAF4P1 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAF4P1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAF4P1 results are reported.
