Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFAF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,330 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFAF4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PM20D2, CACYBP, and CMSS1. Each is linked with NDUFAF4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAF4-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAF4 results are reported.
