Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFAF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,732 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFAF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Quinone metabolic process, Ubiquinone metabolic process, and Glutaminyl-tRNAGln biosynthesis via transamidation. Each is linked with NDUFAF4 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAF4-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAF4 results are reported.
