Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,142 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFAF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJC17, USP8, and EFL1. Each is linked with NDUFAF1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAF1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAF1 results are reported.
