NDUFAF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFAF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,314 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are VGLL3, ZEB2, and PCED1B-AS1. Each is linked with NDUFAF1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAF1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFAF1 versus VGLL3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
