NDUFAF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 265 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR548H3, OR4X2, and RPL9P13. Each is linked with NDUFAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAF1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR548H3 grouped by NDUFAF1-low versus NDUFAF1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFAF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFAF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
