Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFAF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, TSC1, and Bcl-xL. Each is linked with NDUFAF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAF1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAF1 results are reported.
