Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,767 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFAF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COPS2, FAM98B, and MFAP1. Each is linked with NDUFAF1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAF1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAF1 results are reported.
