Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFAF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,345 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFAF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Circadian sleep/wake cycle, Ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process via the N-end rule pathway, and Endodermal cell fate commitment. Each is linked with NDUFAF1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFAF1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFAF1 results are reported.
