NDUFA8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,355 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC2B, PRRC2B_S388, and RAD23B. Each is linked with NDUFA8 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA8-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA8 versus PRRC2B in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.66.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
