Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,201 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP7D1_S70, KHSRP, and TNKS1BP1_S882. Each is linked with NDUFA7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA7-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA7 results are reported.
