NDUFA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR3180-4, RNU6-586P, and DEFB103A. Each is linked with NDUFA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA7-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR3180-4 grouped by NDUFA7-low versus NDUFA7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
