The most reproducible NDUFA5P7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of double-strand break repair via nonhomologous end joining, Cellular modified amino acid metabolic process, and Negative regulation of cellular response to hypoxia. Each is linked with NDUFA5P7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA5P7-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA5P7 results are reported.
