Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFA5P7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NDUFA5P7 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher NDUFA5P7 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFA5P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRC, SKCM, and BLCA are the cancer types where NDUFA5P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
