NDUFA5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 94 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP422, RNU6-1040P, and RN7SKP256. Each is linked with NDUFA5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA5-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP422 grouped by NDUFA5-low versus NDUFA5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA5→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
