NDUFA4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 23,118 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UQCRB, UQCRC1, and UQCRC2. Each is linked with NDUFA4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA4-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
