NDUFA2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,775 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WDR55_S14, CLINT1, and KDM3B. Each is linked with NDUFA2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA2 versus WDR55_S14 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
