NDUFA2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,051 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDK2, MIR29B2CHG, and ADPRHL1. Each is linked with NDUFA2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA2 versus CDK2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
