NDUFA2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 29 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR188, RNU6-445P, and MIR548AS. Each is linked with NDUFA2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR188 grouped by NDUFA2-low versus NDUFA2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
