Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFA2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,697 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Dihydrofolate metabolic process, Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly, and Proton-transporting two-sector ATPase complex assembly. Each is linked with NDUFA2 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA2-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA2 results are reported.
