Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFA10 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated NDUFA10 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher NDUFA10 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFA10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC are the cancer types where NDUFA10 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
