Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,178 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NDUFA10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DIS3L2, DTYMK, and SF3B3. Each is linked with NDUFA10 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA10-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA10 versus DIS3L2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
