Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA10 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, p62 Lck ligand, and PDCD4. Each is linked with NDUFA10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA10-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA10 results are reported.
