Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDUFA10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,453 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein insertion into mitochondrial inner membrane from matrix, Deoxyribonucleoside diphosphate biosynthetic process, and Otolith mineralization. Each is linked with NDUFA10 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA10-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA10 results are reported.
