NDUFA1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFA1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,152 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SLC25A5, TIMM13, and TOMM70. Each is linked with NDUFA1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFA1-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NDUFA1 versus SLC25A5 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
