NDST4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDST4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,303 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDST4-associated genes across cancer lineages are PSMC3IP, KIF11, and ZNF367. Each is linked with NDST4 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDST4-to-partner and partner-to-NDST4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PSMC3IP grouped by NDST4-low versus NDST4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDST4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDST4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
