NDST4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NDST4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 301 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDST4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TMPRSS12, DMRTC1, and DNAAF6. Each is linked with NDST4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDST4-to-partner and partner-to-NDST4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TMPRSS12 grouped by NDST4-low versus NDST4-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDST4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDST4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
