Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDST2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,167 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDST2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytosolic transport, Peptidyl-serine autophosphorylation, and Retrograde transport, endosome to Golgi. Each is linked with NDST2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDST2-to-partner and partner-to-NDST2 results are reported.
